Return and Refund Policy

You have a 14-day refund and return guarantee.
If you do not request a return within 14 days, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund according to our policy.

In case you meet our return policy, please note the following:

  • For returns for personal reasons, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs and the returned items and packages must be in perfect condition.
  • If your return is due to a product issue, please take photos or videos of the item and contact us. We will cover the return shipping costs and refund you. Alternatively, we can reship the item and give you a discount.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Some types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants), custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (e.g., beauty products). If you have any questions or concerns about your specific item, please contact us.


How do I start the return process?

Send an email to service@techmarket-sg.com with your order number and return reason.

What if I don't have an order number?

To find your order number, we need your valid email address, full name and the order's shipping address. The order number can also be found in your Techmarket account, on the delivery note or in the order confirmation email.


How should I package my return?

  • Please use a cardboard box to ship your return.
  • Use bubble wrap to fill any excess space in the package so that your items are not damaged during transit.
  • Returns damaged due to poor packaging are not eligible for refund.

Important: The return address is provided by Techmarket . Please do not send returns before contacting us to avoid inconvenience or unnecessary loss. Our return address is not the address on the package label.


Return Processing Time

  • Returns require 5-7 business days to process after they arrive at our warehouse.
  • Once approved, refunds will be processed within 48 hours of the return being processed.
  • For US credit cards: Refunds usually take 2-3 business days to be credited to your account.
  • For international credit cards: It may take 5-7 business days or longer, depending on your financial institution's policies.

Does Thurgo ooffer return labels?

Except for special cases, we do not provide return labels and do not cover the cost of domestic or international returns.

What happens if my return is lost during shipping?

  • Please keep the tracking number of your return until Techmarket confirms that your package has been processed.
    Take a photo of the return receipt from the carrier. This is helpful in case the package gets lost en route to Techmarket .
  • No refunds will be given for items that do not arrive safely at Techmarket . However, if you provide a confirmed tracking number that proves delivery to Techmarket , a claim can be made.

Why did I not receive a full refund?

  • Shipping costs of all orders are non-refundable.
  • We may deduct refund fees.
  • For returns due to customer fault, shipping costs are to be borne by the customer.
  • If damaged or incorrect goods were delivered due to our fault, the customer will not be responsible for shipping costs.
  • If you receive the ring sizing set and do not want the ring, you will need to cover the cost of the ring sizing set and will pay a partial refund fee.

You can cancel the order within 6 hours of submitting the order, provided the goods have not yet been dispatched.

Important Notes
1.Customers must return products in their original packaging. In case the original packaging is lost, customers must pay an additional $22 .
2.Customers must pay an additional $22 shipping fee if:
  a. The delivery address was incorrectly provided when placing the order.
  b. The customer refuses to accept the package or does not pick up the package upon delivery.
