A $22 address change fee may be charged for incorrect addresses or delivery to a different address.
All orders are usually shipped on the same day or the next business day after payment is received. However, during peak seasons, orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days after receipt (excluding holidays or rest days).

I entered the wrong address in the shipping details. Can I change it?
If you accidentally entered the wrong shipping address, please contact us immediately to update your details. If your order has already been shipped, we will not be able to change your details or resend the order. In this case, you will not be eligible for a refund.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all information is correct before purchasing. We do not take any responsibility for orders sent to an incorrect address.

If you have entered incorrect information, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can make the necessary changes.

Shipping Time (Standard Shipping)
Due to geographical differences and strict customs regulations, standard shipping times vary by country/region. On average, delivery time to our main shipping destinations is 3-10 business days.

14-Day Return Policy
Our customers are very important to us. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your product, you may return it to us within 14 days of receiving your order (see details below). You can choose to exchange the returned item for another item, credit the amount to your account for future purchases, or have the amount refunded to your credit card.

You will need to cover the shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee. Below are the refund terms.

Returns
If you would like to return an item, please send us an email. Before doing so, please read the following conditions:

• The item must be returned in its original packaging.
• All original packaging, plastic bags, display boxes, and tags must be included.
• The customer is responsible for all shipping costs.
• We are not responsible for the package until it reaches our warehouse. We strongly recommend insuring the package and obtaining a tracking number before sending it back.

Order Cancellation
If you place an order and decide to cancel it during delivery, you will be responsible for all shipping costs. Once the package has been shipped, you will need to cover both the outbound and return shipping costs. Additionally, a 15% restocking fee will apply.

Items Damaged During Shipping
Despite all reasonable precautions to ensure secure packaging, products may still be damaged during shipping from our warehouse to the destination.

If your product is damaged during shipping, please notify us and the shipping company immediately. Shipping damage must be reported to both the shipping company and us within 7 days of receipt.

Take photos of the damage and request a confirmation or claim number from the shipping company. Do not discard the original packaging.
