The device has automatic memory for volume settings. After placing it into the charging/battery compartment and removing it again, it will default to Mode 1 (Indoor Mode). Double-tap to switch to Mode 2 (Outdoor Mode). It supports 8 levels of volume adjustment.
Supports volume and mode memory even after power loss, and automatically restores the last-used volume when powered on.
Phone Pairing
Press and hold for 15 seconds to restore factory settings.
When the blue and green indicator lights flash alternately, pairing is successful.
Single-tap to answer or hang up phone calls.
Pairing with your phone via Bluetooth
Bluetooth pairing between main and secondary units
Take the earbuds out of the charging case. They will power on automatically after 6 seconds. (Default mode is Hearing Aid Mode.) Double-tap the volume button to switch to Bluetooth Mode.
Turn on your phone’s Bluetooth and search for ZR-ZT, then tap to pair.
For the first Bluetooth connection, you must manually connect within 60 seconds. (If it times out, the device will return to Hearing Aid Mode. Double-tap the volume button again to re-enter Bluetooth Mode.)
After the main unit is connected, the secondary unit will automatically pair via Bluetooth when you double-tap its volume button.
In Bluetooth Mode, the button can be used to cycle through volume levels.
After Bluetooth pairing is successful, single-tap the volume button to answer or hang up calls.
In Hearing Aid Mode, double-tap the volume button to switch to Bluetooth Mode. In Bluetooth Mode, double-tap to switch back to Hearing Aid Mode.

Easy and clear communication
1. Choose a suitable ear tip.
2. Insert one side of the ear tip into the ear canal and gently pull your earlobe.
3. Push the device into a comfortable position.
4. Turn on the device and adjust the volume to a comfortable level.
1. Hold the hearing aid with your thumb and index finger and gently push it into the ear canal. Use your other hand to pull the outer ear backward to make insertion easier.
2. Move your index finger up and down to gently press and secure the device. Open and close your mouth a few times to help confirm whether the hearing aid is properly seated.
3. If you hear a whistling sound, check whether the ear tip is sealed properly. If it still does not fit tightly, try a different size of ear tip.
⚠️ When wearing the device, make sure the hearing aid is turned off or set to the lowest volume.
For first-time use, please pick up the hearing aid from the charging case, peel off the insulation film, and place it back in the charging case to activate the new device.
For subsequent uses, there is no need to manually power on or off. The hearing aid will automatically power on 8 seconds after being removed from the charging case and will automatically power off when placed back in the charging case.
Audio Prompt: Power On.
Indicator Light: Blue light stays on for 1 second.
Power off
After placing the hearing aid in the charging case, it will automatically turn off.
There is a voice prompt when the power is turned off.
Note: If you need to remove the hearing aid and turn it on again, place the hearing aid in the charging case to turn it off, then remove it and it will turn on automatically.
