1. On which finger can a ring be worn?
It is best to wear it on the index finger or middle finger so that the measured data will be more accurate.
2. How long does the battery last?
The battery lasts 5-7 days in normal use and up to 15 days in standby mode, allowing continuous use without frequent charging.
3. How do you charge the ring?
Place the ring on the wireless charging base and plug in the power to charge.
4. Where can I get the app for my smartphone?
The app is available as a free download from the Apple Store and Android Store. Once you scan the QR code in the packaging, you will be redirected to download the app.
Downloading and using the corresponding applications is completely free. There are no monthly fees or additional costs for using the app.

7. Which smartphones can the ring be used with?
This product is compatible with all common Apple and Android smartphones.
8. Do I have to carry my smartphone with me at all times to use the ring?
No, because the ring has an internal memory that can store recorded activities. Once the ring is brought close to a smartphone, the data will be automatically synced to the associated app. However, if you want to record detailed data of a specific sport, you need to click on the sport in the app to select it before starting the sport before recording the sport data.
9. My ring size is between two sizes – which should I choose?

10. How to get a free trial set?
You can place your order as usual by selecting the style and color of your ring. You will receive a free sample size set with your order so you can determine your exact ring size.
