A: The lenses of the Pro version Auto-tint model are equipped with built-in electrochromic control wiring. The automatic tint-adjustment function relies on these internal electrical connections. Therefore, this model does not support user-replacement of lenses or prescription lens customization.
Unauthorized removal or modification of the lenses may damage the internal circuitry, impair functionality, or pose safety risks. Any damage caused by self-disassembly will not be covered under the warranty. If you have special visual needs, please consult our official customer service in advance.

A: Yes. When customizing photochromic lenses, the prescription power must be in increments of 0.50 (e.g., +0.00, +0.50). For example, if your prescription is +0.25, you may choose either +0.00 or +0.50 for photochromic lenses. If you wish to keep +0.25 exactly, only regular (non-photochromic) lenses can be made.
Q: What are photochromic lenses and how do they work?
A: These glasses use photochromic coated lenses, which are clear indoors and gradually turn gray when exposed to sunlight (UV light), providing protection against glare and brightness.
Q: Can custom prescription lenses be returned or exchanged?
A: Since prescription lenses are custom-made based on your individual prescription, they cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a quality issue. Therefore, please ensure the prescription you send to us is accurate and complete before submitting it.
Q: Does the package with custom prescription lenses include the standard lenses? Can the lenses be replaced or swapped?
A: Yes, the package will still include the original black sunglass lenses and clear lenses. However, once the prescription lenses are installed, they are fixed and not designed for user removal. If replacement is needed, please seek help from a professional to avoid damage.
